A non-refundable deposit of £100 per person is required to confirm a booking. Reservations may be cancelled the same day if the deposit is not received.
Fares and taxes can only be confirmed and guaranteed once the full payment has been made and tickets have been issued.
Tickets are issued on special net fares. In the event of a refund or date change, an agent service charge will be deducted from the payment under all circumstances.
Change fees apply to all bookings. Cancellation fees of up to 100% may apply. Please request the full cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Visas & Passports
Obtaining valid visas for your destination and any transit points is the traveler’s responsibility.

Travelers to the United States must complete pre-registration online via
ESTA Website prior to travel.
Each traveler, including infants, must register individually and hold a valid passport.
All passengers traveling to or via the United States must provide complete passport details at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding.
Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended return date and must be in good condition.
Passenger names must exactly match the passport. Name changes are not permitted.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain adequate travel insurance. This is a separate product and must be purchased independently. Please contact us for a quotation.
If purchasing travel insurance through us, you must declare any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking. Certain conditions may not be covered.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all medical information provided is accurate and complete.
